Manufacturers Warranty:
Ballasts and Bulbs are covered by the warranty for a period of (24)
months from the purchase date an $10.00 shipping fee is applied. All
exchanges REQUIRE the following, $10.00 Cash or money order made
out to CASH also included with defective product a qualified automotive
shop receipt with contact information that did the Installation. This
simply covers our shipping cost & shows us that the installation
was done professionally & the defects are true to be warranty.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts,
improper installation, etc. Please contact us for any questions you
might have before buying
We strongly recommend Professional installation! To obtain
the full 2yr warranty you must present a reputable automotive shop
receipt with contact information or kits will come with the standard 12
month warranty.
Returns/Exchanges:
The purchaser has 7
business days to file a return from the date the item was signed
for/received. Any and all returns due to customer error will result in
a 20% restocking fee, no exclusions. If you purchase an item that is
not compatible with your automobile, you are still liable for the
restocking fee. All exchanges REQUIRE a $10.00 money order made out to
CASH. This is a replacement fee for all exchanges, no exclusions.
Please include a DETAILED NOTE inside the package, otherwise we will
not know what you would like done with your package.
Exclusions:
Any defects resulting from
water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification,
improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any
modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged
headlight housing, will void the warranty. XenonKits.net will not be
responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse,
or inability to use our product. Also if your product has not been
installed by a reputable automotive shop, your kit will only carry the
standard 3 month replacement warranty.
Repair or Replacement:
If a product is
suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to
try to resolve any problems before they escalate. The returned product
will be thoroughly inspected by us. If the product is found to be
defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be replaced. Any
charges accrued for removal, installation, or re installation of the
product will not be covered by this warranty. Customers with warranty
extension plans, receive coverage for the length of their extension.
All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted
promptly with a resolution.

regulatory developments, DOT/NHTSA prohibits the use of HID Retrofit
